Xpresspost: 2-3 business days and signature required upon delivery
To U.S.A
Expedited Parcel: 4 to 7 business days (no signature required upon delivery).
Xpresspost: 3 to 5 business days and signature required upon delivery
International
This varies from country to country, but can be anywhere from 1 week to 8 weeks. If you would like more precise details, please contact us, or check www.canadapost.ca.
PLEASE NOTE
We can not be held responsible for any further shipping delay once the package is in the hands of the postal service nor for items being held by customs.
Anything shipped outside of Canada CAN be held by customs, and CAN incur extra fees.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept returns and exchanges if the item does not satisfy you.
Contact us within 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged, we can not accept returns for custom or personalized orders.
If the package is damaged upon reception, please take pictures before opening, keep the packaging materials and contact us if there is damage to the product.

Refunds and exchanges will be done on a case by case basis. If there is a problem, do not hesitate to contact us.
In the case of refund or exchange we do not cover return shipping costs nor refund original shipping.
